Dear Valued Customer,
K Care Healthcare Equipment and Mobile Repairs / Victorian Home Health Equipment (Mobile Repairs) is pleased to announce our partnership. The transaction will become effective in early February 2016.
Mobile Repairs will continue to be managed by General Manager Michael Barber who will report directly to K Care CEO Grant Clark. It’s business as usual for the customers and suppliers though customers will have access to an expanded offering of products and services and more feet on the ground.
“The Management Team and all staff at Mobile Repairs are very excited by the opportunity this acquisition provides to expand and improve our current range of service offerings and to facilitate distribution of the K Care range of products for the broader market.” said Michael Barber, General Manager of Mobile Repairs.
“K Care is excited to bring the team at Mobile Repairs on board as part of the larger group. K Care’s brands have been supplied into the Victorian market since 1949 and thanks to the foundation that Pat, Kathy and the team have established, we will have the ability to service and support both existing and future opportunities across the greater Victorian and South Australian regions. We are looking forward to working with the Mobile Repairs team,” said Mr Grant Clark, CEO of K Care.
